Tom believes in leading change, working hard, being proactive and collaborating with clients. He also believes in helping others develop a keener appreciation for the opportunities and risks of our global business environment. More than 30 years as a CPA and adviser to private companies coupled with these basic beliefs translate into a well-seasoned, practical adviser and mentor who leaves nothing on the table when it comes to helping clients.
Tom works primarily with companies and owners in medical practices, hospitals, manufacturers as well as those in other industries. He advises on areas that include mergers and acquisitions, profitability analyses, and financial statement audits and reviews. His varied experience ranges from helping an insurance company change its method of accounting to achieve significant tax savings, to helping a physician group acquire and finance a medical practice.
