We also offer specialized groups to provide additional mentoring opportunities, such as groups focused on business development and technical specialties.

Guided by our Cohen Cares Committee, we encourage employees to participate in community projects, hold in-office fundraisers, form teams for local races and bowl-a-thons, serve on professional and community boards, and mentor local youth. And we pay you to do it!

Cohen University

From technical trainings to business concepts, you’ll have a dedicated learning path from our rigorous course selection. Ongoing learning also includes regular department brainstorming sessions, interactive department meetings and trainings throughout the year, as well as a three-day annual training on technical, business and personal development topics. We also offer LinkedIn Learning and Becker for supplemental training.
