Kristen brings a diverse background in corporate and transaction services, a positive attitude and enthusiasm to help clients maximize value. She enjoys working with professionals from a variety of organizations and industries, as her varied experience in both public accounting and industry allows her to quickly assess and respond to any client tax situation.
As partner in charge of the firm’s tax services, Kristen is responsible for the execution of strategy, delivery of client service, and development and retention of talent related to all tax services. She also devotes a significant amount of her time to serving the firm’s clients. Kristen has nearly 20 years of experience, ranging from serving as director of M&A tax strategy for a $20 billion global power management company, to specializing in corporate and transaction tax at Big 4 accounting firms. Her background includes tax planning and compliance, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, tax due diligence, structuring and modeling, and post-merger integration for public and private companies. She assists clients with mitigating transaction risks, identifying tax savings opportunities and providing helpful financial insights at all stages of a company’s capital cycle. Kristen’s work spans various industries, including manufacturing, retail and consumer products, automobile and transportation, media and publishing, and private equity.

Kristen lives in North Royalton, Ohio, with her husband and two children. In addition to family time and her kids’ sports activities, Kristen enjoys running, swimming and boating activities. Her passion for running has led her to complete numerous races, including four marathons hosted in Columbus, Cleveland and Chicago.
