Bryan is the type of person who applies a personal touch to relationships, preferring to meet in person over a meal or drinks, or chat over the phone with clients and other members of the service team to discuss issues and ideas. Always aspiring to minimize taxes for clients, Bryan is honest and straightforward regardless of the situation.
Since beginning his career in public accounting in 2001, Bryan has been exposed to all aspects of state and local taxation, including income/franchise, sales and use, gross receipts, property taxes and unclaimed property. He also has experience with Canadian GST/HST. Bryan has worked on a range of projects throughout his career, including compliance, audit support and defense, and a variety of consulting services, such as refund reviews, restructuring, nexus and taxability studies, and voluntary disclosure applications. While most of Bryan’s career has been in the public accounting arena, he has also spent time working in industry and government. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, media and entertainment, retail, transportation, facilities management/food service and utilities.
