He has more than 15 years of experience, ranging from numerous years at a national consulting firm to founding his own firm. Jim assists executives from the middle market to Fortune 500 companies with business transformation strategies and execution, helping them build efficient and scalable processes and systems to deliver the strategic vision. His value-based consulting methodology provides measurable and sustainable business improvements.
