 As partner in charge of the firm’s advisory services, Jim is responsible for the execution of strategy, delivery of client service, and development and retention of a highly talent team working in management consulting, transaction services, valuation services and CFO solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience, ranging from managing global software development teams, to spending numerous years at a national consulting firm, to founding his own firm. Jim assists executives from private equity firms, closely held middle market businesses, and Fortune 500 companies with business transformation strategies to deliver measurable and sustainable business improvements.
