Mike Maimone, CPA

Mike challenges himself at the outset of each engagement to give clients an exceptional experience before, during and after the project. His goal is to always reaffirm why they chose Cohen & Company in the first place.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the investment industry, Mike conducts audits for public and private funds. He specializes in new trust and fund launches, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), commodity funds, fund of hedge funds, collective investment trusts, hedge funds, closed-end funds and closed-end interval funds. Mike collaborates with clients from the start-up phase of a new trust to handling complex technical issues. The funds he works with range in size from a few million dollars to multi-billion-dollar funds.

Mike lives in Mentor, Ohio, with his wife and two children. When not with his family, you can find Mike at the gym, golfing or watching one of Cleveland’s sports teams!
