Lori Ehleben, CPA

Lori brings dedication, a strong technical focus and a tremendous amount of integrity to everything she does. Laser-focused on quality control for the firm and its clients, her genuine compassion and concern for others is apparent to anyone who knows her.

Since beginning her public accounting career in 1989, Lori has served the investment management industry, including both registered and unregistered investment companies as well as registered investment advisers and securities broker-dealers. Her knowledge of the fund industry includes both open and closed-end funds, funds with multi-class structures and fund-of-funds. Lori also has extensive experience with regulatory filing review, including semi-annual and annual reports and prospectuses. Her expertise also includes financial reporting and partner allocation issues related to unregistered investment companies and fund start-ups.

Lori resides in North Wales, Pennsylvania. A passionate Philadelphia sports fan (is there any other kind?), Lori also loves traveling with her two daughters.
