Kyle LaPlante, CPA

Kyle understands the importance of listening to clients and their overall transaction goals prior to recommending tax planning strategies. He brings an enthusiastic and open-minded attitude to each project, which translates to lasting connections with clients and other business partners.

Beginning his public accounting career in 2013, Kyle assists clients in transaction structuring, tax planning and compliance. With a background that includes national firm M&A experience, Kyle has analyzed the potential tax impact of transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side for domestic and international clients. He specializes in due diligence, tax planning, tax modeling, transaction structuring and internal restructurings.

Kyle, his wife, son and daughter live in Avon Lake, Ohio. Kyle spends his free time with his family and friends and loves watching or playing sports, reading and enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid Cleveland sports fan and is always interested in sharing stories about traveling.
