Since beginning her accounting career in 2006 at a Big 4 firm, Amarilis has focused on the taxation of Regulated Investment Companies (RICs). She reviews tax returns, including 1120 RIC, 8613s and various state returns; and reviews fiscal provisions and excise capital gain estimates. Amarilis also has experience with advanced tax adjustments, such as REITs, PFICs, Straddles and SWAPs.
