Aaron has spent his career advising many clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions with an emphasis on understanding quality of historical earnings, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements to help maximize value. Aaron has served clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, technology and SaaS, and aerospace and defense.
Aaron lives in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. He typically spends his weekends exploring different cities and beaches. One of Aaron's favorite places to visit is South Beach, Florida. When in Cleveland, he enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants and bars, and watching the Cleveland Guardians.
