Since beginning his career in 2015, Aaron has spent the majority of his time advising clients on buy- and sell-side transactions. He focuses on understanding quality of historical earnings, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements to help maximize value. His background also includes managing a family office-backed platform company, where he gained a deeper appreciation for the day-to-day challenges business owners face. Throughout his career, Aaron has served clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer and industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, technology and SaaS, and aerospace and defense.
Aaron lives in Miami, Florida. He typically spends his weekends on the beach or taking trips to different cities. A Cleveland native, Aaron of course still likes to watch the Cleveland Guardians on his off time, and he enjoys playing tennis and trying new restaurants.
