Whether he’s working closely with a client or another member of the firm, Robert is a key resource for complex technical tax issues. He takes a special interest in finding opportunities through planning or structuring to optimize tax benefits and help clients achieve their goals.
Robert advises closely held and private equity owned businesses in a variety of industries with a focus on pass-through entities, tax planning and transaction structuring. He is involved in technical areas of taxation, including accounting methods, international concerns, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

Robert is a resident of Jackson Township, Ohio. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid University of Michigan fan.
