Richard’s passion for the rejuvenation of cities and economic inclusion fuels his desire to serve real estate clients. He enjoys the process of problem solving and taking an iterative approach to helping clients come up with the best solution.
With over 10 years of real estate and finance experience, Richard also has 20 years of public sector leadership, which includes community development, state and local government, and politics. He uses the totality of his experience and real estate modeling to assist clients with different public subsidy programs including HUD 108 loans, tax increment financing, Qualified Opportunity Zone tax credits, and many others.
Richard lives in Ohio City, Ohio, with his wife and their two daughters. He enjoys taking part in several outdoor activities, including biking, sailing, gardening and beekeeping.
