As partner in charge of the firm’s advisory services, Jim is responsible for the execution of strategy, operational performance, and development and retention of a highly talented team working in the areas of management consulting, transaction services, valuation services and accounting solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience, ranging from managing global software development teams, to spending numerous years at a national consulting firm, to founding his own firm. Jim assists executives from private equity firms, closely held middle market businesses and Fortune 500 companies with business transformation strategies and execution of back-office process/technology initiatives.

A born-and-raised Clevelander, and University School alum, Jim is a resident of Moreland Hills, Ohio. He spends his time with his wife and four children, on the basketball court or on the golf course with friends and clients.
