Gregg Dektor, CPA, MST

Though driven by results, Gregg finds his true stride when he is interacting and engaging with clients directly. Keeping his team connected and clients informed on the status of their work is an important addition to the deep knowledge of tax and accounting he brings to the table.

Gregg has over 30 years of Big 4 experience in federal, state and international tax consulting. His expertise includes identifying and managing tax savings strategies with a heavy focus on mergers and acquisitions, recurring reporting and compliance, and managing state and local tax due diligence. An additional area of strength for Gregg is working with Subchapters C and K of the Internal Revenue Code. He has worked with several private equity clients in various industries, including professional services, banking and real estate. In his current role, Gregg focuses on driving income and franchise tax saving opportunities for clients throughout the firm.  

Gregg, his wife, and their two daughters live in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. He and his family love going on annual trips to destinations throughout the country to take in the sites and enjoy the local cuisine. So far, they have visited New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco and Seattle!
