Goshi offers clients more than 20 years of experience working within complex global manufacturing environments and public accounting. His focus lies in international corporate income tax, including strategic planning, transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, restructuring and compliance. He also has experience working with domestic corporate tax matters and individual taxation. In addition to his public accounting experience, Goshi spent over 13 years in large manufacturing organizations with global operations. During that time he advised senior management on the tax benefits and risk associated with tax plans and the tax impact of business decisions. His direct experience includes foreign acquisitions, entity restructuring, ASC 740, global transfer pricing and repatriation.
Goshi lives in Munson, Ohio, and is currently adjusting to “country” living. Away from the office, you can find Goshi working on projects around the house, playing ice hockey or riding his motorcycles.
