Dave’s positive attitude is infectious, always seeing the glass as half full when it comes to improving processes and procedures. He enjoys a challenge and works to not only solve the problem but to raise the bar moving forward.

Continual innovation and IT security are Dave’s top priorities — impacting every area of the technology services department and the firm at large, from strategy, applications, and infrastructure to support and execution. As IT security concerns continue to be at the forefront of clients’ minds, Dave proactively and diligently monitors the firm’s technology, controls, processes and resources to ensure they are robust and cutting edge for the safety of our clients' information. With more than 30 years of experience, Dave’s background also includes leading clinical decision support services for healthcare providers as well as leading businesses through several evolutionary changes supporting a world-wide user base. Specifically, he has helped companies make the transition from print to electronic media, to web, then to mobile while driving real-time data ingestion and analysis across all platforms. In addition to technology-specific leadership, Dave has experience with organizational transformation from traditional to “agile,” or “scrum,” methodologies, which help improve delivery speed and accuracy throughout an organization.

Dave and his wife live in North Royalton with their three children. Together the love to vacation in the Carolinas (OBX, Isle of Palms). Aside from family time, Dave enjoys pretty much any sport — including baseball, basketball, soccer, running, bowling and golfing (although he freely admits he won’t help out much in a scramble). He also is a big fan of the Cleveland Guardians and Cavs.
