Mark also acts as a consultant to many of the firm’s clients, assisting them in achieving IT excellence. Mark understands how to apply technology to help clients cut through the complexities efficiently and effectively. With experience ranging from engineering defense electronic systems to leading the strategic overhaul of Fortune 500 IT systems and processes, he knows what is possible and shares that with his consulting clients. Mark has more than 20 years of IT experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, defense, banking and finance. He specializes in developing and implementing technology plans to deliver maximum business value.

  • Prior to joining Cohen & Company, spent five years as vice president of Enterprise Architecture for Key Bank, responsible for companywide IT Strategy and technology architecture, and as Enterprise Strategic IT Manager for Sherwin-Williams, leading corporate overhaul of IT system; spent 10 years managing engineering technology for Goodyear Aerospace, working on projects such as the cruise missile guidance system and F-15 flight simulator designs


Mark and his wife live in Sagamore Hills, Ohio. Now that their two sons are both on their own, Mark spends his time enjoying his hobbies of hockey, camping and, of course, technology.
