Aaron’s business valuation expertise assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, divorces, tax and wealth planning, and purchase accounting / fair value matters. He also provides complete financial support in commercial litigation and employment law matters. That can mean helping attorneys with discovery, quantification of damages, preparation of expert reports, structuring of settlements, and analyzing and evaluating claims of an opposing expert. In addition, Aaron develops tools and analysis to help business owners allocate their financial resources to maximize shareholder value through both short-term and long-term corporate financial planning.

Aaron lives in Shelby Township, Michigan, with his wife and two daughters. He spends much of his time away from work as the “family chauffeur” but also enjoys riding his mountain bike into nearby Stony Creek Metropark where he explores its challenging trails. He and his family also enjoy discovering the many eclectic restaurants in Detroit and its suburbs.
