The valuation of business assets and financial instruments is implicitly subjective and requires professional and principled judgment.  As such, valuation professionals are faced with the potential for ethical issues in every engagement.  This webinar will discuss the techniques valuation professionals use to value difficult-to-value companies across sectors, minimize potential ethical issues, as well as best practices, proven strategies and solutions.
