Tracy J. Monroe, Cohen & Company

Tracy J. Monroe, CPA Partner Tracy, a Partner in the Tax Department, specializes in the areas of state and local taxation for S Corporations, consolidated returns, mergers and acquisitions, tax free exchanges, and other tax planning, research and compliance issues. Her technical knowledge in these areas is put to use for many of the firm's clients, including those in the real estate and manufacturing industries. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs and its Taxation Committee, the Cleveland Tax Club, and an active member of St. Ambrose Church. Tracy has also been a featured writer in The Tax Adviser. Tracy received her undergraduate degree and Masters in Taxation from the University of Akron. Tracy resides in Brunswick with her husband, Tim, and their children, Tim Jr. and Tara. Her hobbies include golfing and watching her childrens' baseball, soccer and football games.
