In addition to conducting audits, reviews and other attest work, Adam provides technical guidance on complex transactions and unique accounting areas, such as employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), stock options, deferred taxes, and restricted net assets and endowment accounting. He works largely in the manufacturing, distribution and not-for-profit industries. Adam often attends clients’ board meetings to offer insights on issues such as increasing productivity or the internal control environment.

Adam and his wife live in Lakewood, Ohio. Adam is a season ticket holder of the Cleveland Indians and enjoys golf, tennis and cycling around the Cleveland area and Metroparks. He also plays in beach volleyball and flag football leagues and can often be found at Nautica or the House of Blues taking in a concert.
