Throughout her career, Pat’s voice has been sought out by several prestigious, policy-forming volunteer groups within the accounting profession, influencing standard setting in favor of the needs of the entrepreneur and small business. Pat’s clients appreciate her ability to translate technical issues into language they, their advisors and potential investors can use to grow their businesses.

Pat’s technical expertise and knowledge of accounting standards stem from more than 30 years of providing clients with high-quality audit and attest services. As a result, she carries substantial technical review responsibility for the firm. In her daily work with clients, she supervises and plans for audit and review engagements; and conducts special projects in the areas of litigation services, internal control reviews and acquisition due diligence. Many of her clients work within the manufacturing, transportation and investment industries. Particularly in the investment industry, Pat performs audits and other attest services for a wide variety of clients, including broker/dealers, mutual funds and other investment companies.
 
Additionally, Pat is an integral member of the firm’s Not-For-Profit Services group, with in-depth expertise auditing not-for-profits and government clients and the specific issues those organizations face. She also has significant experience working with employee benefit plans, including profit sharing, ESOPs, defined contribution and other benefit plans.

Pat lives in Kent, Ohio, with her husband. With their two sons out on their own, Pat enjoys running in her spare time.
