Starting with strategic planning, Jim’s approach helps companies build efficient and scalable processes and systems to deliver the strategic vision. He has helped guide middle-market to Fortune 500 companies with his value-based consulting methodology, providing measurable and sustainable business improvements. Jim works in numerous industries, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, real estate and construction, retail, service, and wholesale and distribution.

Jim is a born-and-raised Clevelander, attending University School before heading to Boston College. Now a resident of Pepper Pike, Ohio, Jim spends his time with his wife and four children, on the basketball court or on the golf course.
