Matthew S. Walters, Cohen & Company

Matthew S. Walters, CPA Senior Manager Matt, a Senior Manager in the Accounting and Auditing Services Department, works closely with construction, retail and manufacturing companies. He provides tax, consulting and a variety of other services to his clients in real estate, construction and retail industries. He is a member of our Transaction Services Group where he provides due diligence work for acquisition targets. Matt is a graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and serves on the loan committee for Cascade Capital. Matt is an active volunteer for the Accounting for Kids Day event sponsored by the OSCPA. Matt resides in Columbus, where he enjoys golf, basketball, traveling and following all Cleveland sports teams.
