Natalie B. Takacs, CPA Senior Manager Natalie is a Senior Manager in the Tax Department where her diligent approach in understanding the tax code provides insight and guidance to her clients. She applies her specialized knowledge in many areas, including: incentive and non-qualified, stock options; gift, estate and succession planning; income taxation of descendents, estates and trusts; qualified retirement plans; non-qualified deferred compensation including IRC Section 409A, and tax planning and technical research for closely-held businesses and high-net worth individuals. Natalie is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the National Center for Employee Ownership and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Natalie, a published author in The Tax Adviser, graduated from John Carroll University in 1992 and received her Masters in Taxation from the University of Akron. Natalie resides in Concord with her husband, David, and daughter, Kyla.
