Keith D. Klodnick, Cohen & Company

Keith D. Klodnick, CPA Partner Keith is a Partner in the Accounting and Auditing Services Department. His take-charge attitude has helped his clients work through many business and planning issues. Keith provides full accounting and tax services to a variety of clients including those in the employee leasing, manufacturing, insurance, broker-dealers and distribution industries. He is also very active in staff development and mentoring. Keith is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, as well as the Ohio State Diamond Club and the KSKJ Fraternal Lodge 226. A graduate from Ohio State University, Keith was a four-year letter winner and was co-captain of the 1991 OSU baseball team. In his spare time, Keith enjoys playing sports, traveling and the theater. Keith resides in Brecksville with his wife, Angela, and two children, Carson and Cassidy.
