Adam J. Hill, CPA Senior Manager Adam is a Senior Manager in the Accounting and Auditing Services Department. He specializes in the real estate and construction industries, primarily commercial and residential developers and property management companies. His clients look to Adam for help with daily business issues as well as accounting and tax compliance matters, including cash flow analysis, general business planning, investment analysis, deal and financing assistance, and common area maintenance analysis. Adam serves as President of the board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lorain County, Treasurer of his Home Owners Association and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. A 2000 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, Adam lives in North Ridgeville with his wife, Jeannie, and three children, Isabella, Gabrielle and Anthony. He enjoys playing cards and a good game of soccer.
