Pamela J. Dunlap, Cohen & Company

Pamela J. Dunlap, CPA Partner Pam is a Partner in the firm's Accounting and Auditing Services Department, and also serves as an integral driver of the firm's Employee Benefits Plan Audit Department. Pam's public accounting career has focused on providing financial statement reporting and regulatory compliance services with a concentration in audits and internal control consulting. She has served in a technical review role on numerous engagements and also has experience helping clients with the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Pam's additional areas of expertise include consulting and agreed upon procedures related to mergers and acquisitions. She serves many client industries, focusing on manufacturing, distribution, service, healthcare and not-for-profit entities. Pam is actively involved in the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and the Ohio Society of CPAs-including its Financial Literacy Outreach. She is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Pam serves as treasurer of a local Toastmasters chapter and as treasurer of a Westlake High School fundraising organization. She is a former youth volleyball coach for the Cleveland CYO Program and is past treasurer and director of referees for the board of directors of the Westlake Soccer Association. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Pam resides in Westlake with her husband, Jon, and their three girls. When not attending her girls' athletic events, Pam enjoys volunteering in the community, OSU football games and gardening.
