Hugh P. Fisher Director of HR Consulting Hugh, Director of the Human Resources Services Group, has provided full service HR consulting to businesses of all sizes since 1999. He has more than 20 years of human resources management experience with a variety of prominent Cleveland-based companies. Hugh's experience includes providing HR management support for complex multi-site organizations, large manufacturing operations, international operations and smaller businesses. Hugh works effectively with all types of people, from top management groups to shop floor employees, and has provided HR support in a variety of business settings. He has extensive expertise in a wide variety of HR disciplines, including organizational performance and performance management, employee and labor relations, contract negotiations, labor and employment litigation support, management and employee development, human resources management strategy development, compensation, policy development and compliance, recruitment and selection. Hugh graduated in 1986 from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Art, and has extensive post graduate studies in human resources management and labor and employment law. Hugh resides in Cleveland Heights with his wife, Deanna, daughter Anna, and step-son Max.
