Mikel B. Harding, Cohen & Company

Mikel B. Harding, CPA, CM&AA Managing Director of Cohen Capital Advisors Mike started his career in the firm's Accounting and Auditing Services Department and later moved to the Tax Department where he worked with corporate and individual clients on a wide range of accounting, tax and business strategic planning services. His broad accounting background has allowed him to easily transition to the firm's investment banking division, Cohen Capital Advisors. In this role, Mike provides sell-side and buy-side representation for mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting clients in raising capital to finance growth. In addition, he is the primary liaison with Glengary, LLC, a venture catalyst enterprise in which the firm is a service partner and investor. In this capacity, he helps early stage companies execute their business plan. Mike holds his Series 7-General Securities Representation License and Series 24-General Securities Principles License, is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA), the Association for Corporate Growth, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Cleveland, and is currently serving as President for the 2007-08 year. Mike is also very involved with The Cathedral of St. John Catholic parish. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Akron in 1992. Mike plays on the firm's softball and football teams and enjoys golf and traveling. Mike resides in Bay Village with his wife, Colleen.
