Frank J. Dixon, CPA Partner As a Partner in our Tax Department, Frank places emphasis on a wide range of tax activities, including estate planning, executive compensation programs and S Corporation taxation. His knowledge is used to help a wide range of clients, from manufacturing shops to service businesses. He is the firm's lead technical resource for estate planning issues and is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Frank is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs and is involved in many civic, professional and church endeavors. He is a member of the Finance Committee for Humility of Mary Health Partners, the Administrative Committee of the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, and of the Executive Committee for the Better Business Bureau of the Mahoning Valley, where he previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Frank is also a member of the Finance Advisory Committee of St. Paul's Church and a member of the Board of Trust Endowment Committee for the Mills Creek Children's Center. He was the 1993 recipient of the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award for Accounting Advocate and is a graduate of the Leadership Youngstown and Leadership St. Elizabeth's programs. A Youngstown State University graduate, Frank resides in New Springfield. His outside activities include travel, golf, coaching youth athletics in soccer and basketball, and spending time with his wife, Kim, their three children and one grandchild.
