Mark Danczak, Cohen & Company

Mark Danczak Chief Information Officer Mark is our Chief Information Officer, and has over 20 years experience managing information technology with diverse experiences with various industries. Mark has held management and executive positions with Key Bank, Sherwin Williams and Goodyear Tire. He specializes in developing technology plans and architectures, as well as managing all aspects of information technology to deliver maximum business value. Mark is leading the charge for Cohen & Company's IT department, implementing new and creative ways to better serve our clients. He has established a roadmap of initiatives that target an improved client experience which include; implementing a customer relationship management platform, enhancing the practice management environment, and improving the integration and access of information across the firm. Mark is a graduate of Akron University with a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology. He holds a post Baccalaureate Certificate in Computer Science, and has had extensive professional and executive training at Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of COSE, Baker Tilly IT Committee and is a non-CPA member of the American Institute of CPA. Mark and his wife, Diane live in Sagamore Hills with their children Andrew and Jeff, where he enjoys coaching hockey, camping, hiking and traveling.
