Neal B. Colby, Cohen & Company

Neal B. Colby, CPA Principal Neal is a Principal in the Tax Department. He works with clients in the transportation, manufacturing and professional services industries on a wide variety of accounting, tax and business planning issues. In addition, Neal works on many business succession and estate planning projects including business valuations for clients. Neal is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He is a former President and Treasurer of the Tallmadge Rotary Club, and serves as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the Greater East Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. He is a member of the Class of 2005-2006 for Leadership Mahoning Valley. A 1990 graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance, Neal earned his Masters in Accounting from Kent State University in 1994. He resides in Youngstown with his wife, Victoria, and enjoys golf, travel, and following Boston Red Sox baseball.
