Our distinguished panel gave us a brief overview of their current projects and insights into what "Developing in Cleveland" means to them. With over 200 in attendance, the crowd was energized by the confidence these four developers have in Northeast Ohio. The program concluded with a moderated question and answer session leaving those in attendance with little doubt as to where these gentleman "are placing their bets."

Doug Price and The K&D Group, Inc. are the largest privately held apartment owners in Northeast Ohio, and have recently announced plans to add another 1,200 housing units and office space as part of the Stonebridge complex on the West Bank of the Flats.		Stonebridge
